How We Work
Great media doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone asked the right questions early, planned obsessively, and cared about the story all the way through.
That's what we do.
Phase One: Discovery & Strategy
We start by listening.
Before a camera gets switched on, we want to understand what you're actually trying to say — and why it matters. We dig into the story behind the brief, get under the skin of your audience, and figure out what success really looks like for you.
The Conversation: What's the why behind this video? What do you want people to feel, think, or do?
Audience & Messaging: Who are we talking to, and what's the one thing we want them to take away?
Creative Direction: We'll bring ideas to the table — different visual styles, tones, approaches — so we're all excited before we start.
Scope & Budget: Great work is possible at every budget. We'll be honest with you about what's achievable and why.
Phase Two: Pre-Production
This is the most critical phase for project success. We are big believers in heavily planning our shoots. From our years of experience we’ve learnt that no shoot will run perfectly but we will plan for every eventuality.
Scripting: Crafting the words that carry the story, whether that's a voiceover, a narrative script, or thoughtful interview questions.
Storyboarding: Mapping out the visual journey so you can see exactly what you're getting before we pick up a camera.
Scheduling: Planning production days so every minute on set counts.
Phase Three: Production
The execution of the planned vision on set.
Principal Photography: Our years of on set experience have allowed to us to create a highly efficient production workflow.
BTS: As standard, we capture behind-the-scenes footage alongside the main shoot. Audiences today are drawn to content that feels real and human. In the AI era, showing the people and process behind a brand builds genuine trust.
Phase Four: Post-Production
Where the story is forged from the fires of the production.
Rough Cut: Building the structure, guided by the storyboard and script.
Sound Design & Score: Choosing the right tracks, voices, and sound design. The bits audiences feel without noticing.
Motion Graphics: Animated text, logos, and visual effects that enhance rather than distract.
Colour Grading: Giving the film its final look and feel, consistent with your brand.
Phase Five: Delivery & Distribution
Getting it seen.
We export everything you need, in every format you need it. And, if you want advice on how and where to post, platform strategies, aspect ratios, timing — we're happy to help.
